If you rent a managed property through Grays & Co. you can report maintenance issues via the form to the right. Please be aware that if your tenancy is managed direct by your landlord you will need to contact them direct or whoever they have appointed to act on their behalf as reporting it to us may delay a response unnecessarily.
We request that all relevant issues are reported via this form as it streamlines the process, making sure that the report gets to the staff members able to assist. Please do not report issues by phone, in person or by email to one of our shop based staff as we want to make sure the report reaches the right member of staff as accurately and quickly as possible.
When making your report, please complete the form as fully as possible so that we can use the information to contact the appropriate trades person as quickly as possible.
Where larger works could be required it may also allow us to obtain the landlord's approval more quickly.
Please consider how urgent the matter is to avoid unnecessary call out charges which, if viewed as unnecessary, may be passed on to you.
The best method of contact and as many methods that you have are essential in case we need to get the relevant contractor to contact you direct.
Please refer to your tenancy pack which you were given at the time of signing your agreement for information about emergency situations particularly regarding utilities.
Out of Office Hours: serious situations, i.e. where there is danger or lack of action may lead to damage to the property, can be reported using the out of hours number. If there is a lack of heating or hotwater over the weekend this number can also be used.
